Fruit & Chocolate Fondue
Belberry's « Fondues » are a perfect blend of carefully selected fruit and intense dark (77% cocoa) chocolate. The strong but smooth cocoa notes and the sweetness of the fruit are an ideal mix for all chocolatelovers. We chose for Alphonso mangos from Cameroon, purple figs from Turkey, Belgian Morello cherries and Willametta raspberries and Spanish Clementines. This fruit and chocolate spread can be savoured on toasts, used as a ‘ganache’ in macarons or simply as a chocolate fondue.
