Lamb’s lettuce with bacon, goat cheese and raspberry dressing

Ingredients

– 2 cups of lamb’s lettuce
– 10 radishes
– 150 gr hard goat cheese, chopped in cubes
– 200 gr baconstrips
– 300 gr quinoa or rice, cooked and chilled
– Basil

For the topping:
– Some raspberry’s
– Roasted sesamseeds

For the dressing:
– 2 spoons of Belberry raspberry vinegar
– 2 spoons of olive oil
– Salt and black pepper

  1. Fry the bacon strips
  2. Put the bacon strips with the other ingredients in a salad bowl
  3. Finish with the raspberry and sesam seeds
  4. Mix the ingredients and add the dressing
