Lamb’s lettuce with bacon, goat cheese and raspberry dressing

Ingredients
– 2 cups of lamb’s lettuce
– 10 radishes
– 150 gr hard goat cheese, chopped in cubes
– 200 gr baconstrips
– 300 gr quinoa or rice, cooked and chilled
– Basil
For the topping:
– Some raspberry’s
– Roasted sesamseeds
For the dressing:
– 2 spoons of Belberry raspberry vinegar
– 2 spoons of olive oil
– Salt and black pepper
- Fry the bacon strips
- Put the bacon strips with the other ingredients in a salad bowl
- Finish with the raspberry and sesam seeds
- Mix the ingredients and add the dressing
