Spicy chicken wraps


400 gr or 14.10 oz chicken breast; cut into small pieces
4 whole wheat wraps
1 (or 2) avocado, cut into cubes
1 mango cut into small cubes
1 bundle of coriander
Belberry spicy mango confit
1 small red chili pepper, cut into very thin slices
Olive oil
Belberry lime vinegar
Paprika or piri-piri seasoning for the chicken

  1. Season the pieces of chicken with paprika (or piri piri) and salt.
  2.  Bake the chicken meat golden Brown.
  3. Take a wrap and coat half of it with fresh coriander.
  4. Fill them with the pieces of chicken, avocado, mango and red chili pepper.
